De Novo Architecture provides thoughtful, practical design services for commercial improvements, residential renovations, and new homes throughout North and South Carolina.   • We help business owners, property owners, and small developers adapt existing commercial spaces to meet new operational and customer needs. Our primary focus includes light retail, medical and professional offices, and other small commercial environments.

    Services may include feasibility studies, existing-condition documentation, test fits, space planning, code analysis, permit and construction documents, consultant coordination, and construction-phase support. Whether refreshing an established business or preparing a space for a new tenant, we guide the project from its earliest ideas through permitting and construction.
