De Novo Architecture is a client-focused architectural practice serving communities across North and South Carolina. The name De Novo means “anew” or “from the beginning,” reflecting our belief that every project deserves a fresh perspective shaped by the client, the place, and the problem to be solved.
We create thoughtful, buildable environments that support the people and organizations using them. From concept through construction, we design to solve the unique challenges of each project while remaining attentive to function, budget, schedule, and long-term value.
Where We Focus
Our commercial work centers on the places people visit, work, and depend on every day. We are particularly interested in partnering with business owners, healthcare providers, financial institutions, property owners, and small developers on projects such as:
